Requires Kinect Sensor - not included

DanceEvolution is an all-new concept where the game responds to real dancing, with Kinect for Xbox 360 demanding players move their body to the beat and position of their bodies against a variety of on screen markers.

DanceEvolution will offer users the ultimate dance club vibe, and boasts the most realistic and exhilarating dancing experience to date. Kinect for Xbox 360 allows players to watch their actions in real time and also save two of their original routines for use as back-up dancers in the game, no controllers required. As players dance in tune to the game's music, they can also take snapshots of their favorite dance poses, save to local albums and share the fun with friends. Utilising Xbox LIVE for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, players can also challenge up to four friends around the world and enhance their experience with dance sequences, theme packs and more.

Featuring 30 tracks spanning club music classics, Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, and Techno, DanceEvolution dancers can groove to their favorite songs. The game also offers three gameplay modes for the ultimate dance experience: Dance, Lesson, and Status. In Dance Mode, users compete to become the 'Dance Master' as they play and unlock their favorite songs and dance along with a friend. Lesson Mode offers a tutorial service, and Status Mode allows players to check their play records and review the titles they have earned. Players can also compete to determine the ultimate dancer with multiple difficulty levels including Light, Standard, Extreme and Stealth.

17.95 when I search Amazon?

[edit]

Found it, look right hand side, for some reason the default merchant is Gzoop and not Amazon.co.uk

Play have this for £12.99 also and it's 3-5 days for dispatch.

As this is a potential 3 month delivery estimate at Amazon and only 3-5 days from Play I have changed the link/merchant to the Play deal.

Not the best of Dance based games... better option would be Dance Central, but that is 30+ every where. Remember to use Quidco!!

"But this game is also clunky, burdened with terrible songs and much too weird for most people. It's a quirky alternative to Dance Central, but not a competitor. 6/10", Eurogamer

Downloaded the demo, kids liked seeing themselves on screen but hated the game/songs.

Dance Central is much better IMO.

Awful game. Don't waste your time. Dance Central is the game to go for - yes, it's more expensive but absolutely worth the money.
#17
It's worth a go for the money though. There's a lot worse Kinect games out there.

After reading reviews about all the Kinect dance games 'Dance Central' did come up with the best reviews so i bought it about 2 months ago now from Play Asia for £23.47 (with about £2(?) postage....still thought a great deal though.......and looking now it is STILL the same price!
Only thing is delivery took about 4 weeks :( but i wasn't in a hurry and when it arrived it played great (was worried as it said 'Asia region free')

here's the link if anyone wants to look: http://www.play-asia.com/paOScore/19-71-99-49-en-15-dance%20central-43-99.html:)
