  i think even the item is in sale a company stills has to let you return the item under the dsr`s

  only if the problem falls outside the description - eg if the zip was broken on delivery you get a full refund, if the colour problem is as stated then you cant send it back i guess

  Dare 2b Mens Upstage Pro Club Jacket Seconds - Chinese Red (order Red) - NOT RETURNABLE!!
  Fault - Colour migration on the white transfer tape arms. Visible as tiny red speckles coming through the tape from the fabric - please note none of the problems develop due to washing.
  Non-returnable

  It depends what you want the jacket for.
  Looks a good price if your thinking of skiing,hydrostatic head of 20000 is pretty good.
  Not buying myself as I'm kitted out but wouldn't put anyone off.

  Nope you are entitled to return it for a full refund under the DSR thats your legal right and you are entitled to the initial postage charge to be refunded
