Lessons will be learnt... and if this is not a commercially viable, it won't happen again.

You could always change it through the config.ini files if they exist but what scares me is their comments on how they don't want people modifying their game. It's clear they just do not understand the pc gaming world.
I think this will still sell well, people will just moan (as will I) if the very basic options and standards aren't present.
Don't buy it then :/
Devs stated their goals in making the port, hopefully they reach their goals and no one can complain any different.
But everyone has an opinion.

I dont have a PC, I am sticking up for the devs. Who are probably wondering about now why they bothered
you should of tried it before they patched it to make it easier
What I will say regarding the frame rate issues is that it may not have been as simple as From being too time-constrained or inept to implement resolution changes; it may simply have been a matter of time-based events in DkS being so linked to the console-based 30fps that changing the resolution may have been far less trivial than it would otherwise have been.
For my part I've been waiting for a good deal on this -- Eurogamer have run a preview and they reckon its performance is superior to the console versions if only for the lack of frame drops in Blighttown -- and will likely get this Tesco one. Thanks for posting OP. Hot.

Edit: Will this run on HD4000 graphics?
Regarding HD4000, they've released system requirements though it's unclear whether they're minimums or recommendeds, but in any case they're an 8800GT or an ATI 4850. So on that basis I'd be tempted to say that the 4000 would be insufficient, but at this point it's really quite unclear.
Was already expecting shoddy textures, but thought the community might slowly find a way to replace them.
The less said about GFWL the better....
Will have to be <£10 to warrant a purchase.

Thanks for the reply, I just tried the site Will It Run and, no, it won't, so am cancelling the order. I am not a gamer so cannot justify buying a graphics card to play one or two games at the moment. :(
