  I think I'll stick with my £22.85 pre-order at SimplyGames, that way I can cancel if reviews aren't so good, and don't have to pay until despatch

  Fair enough. From the looks of the site you can cancel pre-purchases but with physical games being so new, this really is a bit of testing the waters. But I've never had trouble with GMG before, and in terms of the game after liking the first Darksiders so much, I'm happy to take the chance with this one.
  
  Sleeping Dogs is supposedly going to go for the same price in the next few days (I'd imagine when this one finishes) and I'll probably do the same for that with the amount of interest its picking up. £20 is my "take a chance" price on PC games like these.

  Grabbed it from THQ store before it was £35 with all the dlc and metro 2033 still a cracking price for £20 this game is going to be awesome :)

  Looks like GMG had the promo stuff wrong, Darksiders II offer has ended after 24hours, it's now Sleeping Dogs for the next 24.
