Here's what to expect...
My Power of 3: The concept is simple - just follow the 3 routines which focus on the legs and bums, upper body and abdominals, and include fat burning intervals to keep your heart rate up! It lasts an hour but you don't have to do the whole thing in one go, just do one section if that's all you have time for.
My 3 Thirty Minute Workouts: We've made the most of every second of the workouts, so that each workout only takes 30 minutes! That's only an hour and a half of exercise a week - doesn't sound too bad does it?! Includes Pump - intensive interval training for the muscles, Cardio Box - intensive fat burning exercise with some boxing moves and Core Stability for poise, posture & balance.
On each DVD I've also selected some of my favourite tracks to workout to, so feel free to pump up the tunes!
I honestly believe that exercising 3 times a week and eating 3 balanced meals a day is the best way to get fit and lose weight - its done the trick for me!
