I had this little coffee maker since 2007, and I have to admit that its been terrible. It doesn't work properly with Espresso ground coffee, and has never made a proper cup. It would get bunged up all the time and the pressure is inconsistent. A lot of people have had good experiences with this, but although I loved the novelty of it being the smallest coffee machine, it failed for me. I use the Aeropress instead!

I bought this in February from Amazon at £49.99. When the price dropped the week after, I bought a second one, and returned as the first one to get the price difference back (a lot of hassle, but it was worth it for £25!)

I am pleased with the machine, it does everything I want it to.

I've posted comments on this before.

It's better than a lot of other budget espresso machine's I've purchased but it does seem to work better with well tamped coarse ground coffee.

Espresso ground coffee just stops the water flow unless you don't tamp.

Also, the water tank is tiny so you can only make one coffee at a time and as the tank is so small, steam capacity is also small so you can't froth large quantities of milk.

As a gimmick it's not a bad machine if you're prepared to experiment with different grinds but don't expect it to compare to a semi-pro machine.

I don't know if Amazon still do it, but they'll happily refund the difference if an item you've bought drops in price over the following 30 days. Just email their customer service.

This ended at the end of September (I think) last year. Be warned.
