Far be it from me to lead anyone a-stray, however, you might consider throwing a sicky on Monday just so that you could take advantage of this offer and treat a loved one. Can you go wrong for a tenner? Attached is the latest review from trip advisor:
"We paid £10 for this room using the special offer on their website. While we were there we also got a great deal on the evening meal.
Having read reviews on here I was a little concerned, but given how little we had paid thought that we would make the most of it.
The venue is lovely on approach and only the eye sore of a 70s training centre spoils the view, which we could see from our window, but didn't bother us.
We were able to go walking in the woods that the hotel is situated in in the afternoon.
The food was lovely, and as good as you would find in any decent restaurant. The staff were really friendly and helpful, providing anything we needed and the hotel was really quiet (a Sunday which was clearly underbooked).
The nautical theme is fun, and your room is called a Cabin and there are portholes and boat themed pictures on the wall. Some of the public areas were a little dirty, but the rooms were modern and very clean. The bathroom was one of the best that I have ever seen, and I regularly travel and stay in hotels all over the world for business.
I read comments about the bed, but this was really comfortable for us and a perfect size (and we are not small!)"
Go on, be a devil!
