Dont know, I wish they would hurry up though...had some great deals with them, but they rarely include Barony Castle in Scotland...its lovely there and not far from Edinburgh!!

Why the cold votes please....is there something I should know?????
If you are gonna leave cold, then please explain why:x

Hi aliandk personally not voted either way, but they nature of the beast here is that people can vote either way and they don't have to say why, I know that it doesn't feel great when people vote cold (had a few of those myself).

Oh yeh, and let's not start another discussion on the why's and wherefore's of the system been set up like this, if people want to force voters to state why then take that up with the mod's.
#5
i believe that is due to the fact that this is an old deal which has been posted in the past

If we were flying just one day later than we are, I could have bagged a £29 room.

I didn't see the older post referred to, so hot vote from me...(even though I miss out on the deal by a measly 24 hours :x).

I thought I recognised the place. This used to be the training centre that belonged to Independent Insurance before it went titsup. Legend has it that it was a mental institute before that.

Also decent prices for Leatherhead too - good deal.

I don't know, but I'm sitting in my £10 DeVere room at Staverton Park at this very moment,so hope they come up again soon.:)

It's a nice hotel this particular one, quite nearby for Tatton Park, a TGI Friday's and a Pub two mins walk away, free wireless access too.

Well worth £29.

Hot.

The breakfast there is good but customer service abysmal.

Our first room stunk of sewage. Then they wanted to put us in a room with 2 singles. Finally after 2 hours of waiting a double room only to be kept awake all night by planes flying overhead.Doesnt appear to have double glazing!I wouldn't go again

Sorry you were disappointed by it, the reviews are really good. But bear in mind that even with double glazing-the hotel is 4 miles from the airport and you will hear some planes overhead....:whistling:

Does the hotel offer shuttle service to airport and vehicle parking whilst away on holiday?

Our experience was exactly the opposite!
Average breakfast (it was a Bank Holiday so not sure if that made it worse) but great Customer Service.
Only problem we found was that the gym that is included is 2miles away at the Village Hotel - but worth the drive.

Try the St Davids Park Venue on the edge of North Wales / Chester border. Lovely place. Meal in the hotel £20 for 3 courses or you could walk 200 m over the round a bout to a lovely quaint pub / restaurant called the "Boar". We had a tremendous meal there, 3 course for £9.95.
