You can get Will writing kits from the Post Office around £3.40 (ish).

Its a chore noone likes doing, but is worthwhile - having said that I bought my kit 2 months ago and still havent filled it in!

Should always go to a Solicitor to right a Will. If you are going to go to the trouble to write a Will, get it done properly or dont bother at all.

Once bitten and all that...........................

Ideal we are having trouble with a neighbour and getting hassle from a neighbour over a fence the council erected on our property he will be getting one of these anonomously, shortly after i may be replanting my hedge that hes also moaning about!

Possibly good but come on now, how can this be thought of as a Christmas stocking filler!

Christmas Day and any death association doesn't fit comfortably in my mind. Simply bad timing!
