  The story and the main character are different, you play as photographer Frank West rather than Chuck the motorbike guy so it plays differently. The environment I believe is the same though, maybe one or two different areas that kind of thing.

  What AndrewRoss said, plus there is a couple more weapons, better loading times, checkpoints, new bosses to fight. Also there is a sandbox mode where there is no time limits and you are free just to roam about. And the ability to take photos whith franks camera :)

  Good thing about that though, is once you order your first game via SMS and get £1 credit, technically as long as you always order via SMS, you'll get £1 off anything at shopto all the time. When you place an order it will use your store credit.
  
  The SMS thing is good for ordering cases too. Means a PS3 case costs you about 50p inc delivery.
