Good price. I paid £25 for regular edition just before christmas. Compared to the first game, this sequels a bit of a disapointment, but easily worth £13 just for the kick of slicing up hordes of undead. Only reason people might want to hold off is for a possible GOTy version which brings together all the DLC, but can't imagine this won too many GOTY awards. Heat added.

is it just me or are they giving away ps3 games now? why cant this be on xbox! I have both but I just dont play my ps3 so will wait for a 360 price drop I think

Wish it was the same for 360

They're trying to get all us xboxers to shift to ps3 and once that's done they bump up the games to 30+ quid again lol oO

Got mine for £10.48 as had some reward points left over on my card. At the time of ordering they also had the outbreak edition for £16.98 which came with a figure and the extra DVD but didn't bother paying the extra price but its OOS now

Yeah i did post the Outbreak edition but it soldout very quickly
#7
FFS I just paid 18 last week for this.

ordered! i hope they don't bring out a GOTY as i didn't buy red dead as it will soon release a complete edition

My ocd at work here! also i would prefer the normal case as it will match the rest of my games, but still better then platinum i suppose!

Not bad if you want this so heat added. But I'm waiting for Dead Island, a zombie game that actually has a scare element to it. If youve not already seen it, YouTube it. It possibly has the greatest game trailer I have ever seen, very dramatic!

The ps3 port of this is terrible. Loads of frame rate and cliping issues. Unplayable IMO. Shame as its a brilliant game but I guess thats why the price of this dropped like a stone on release for the PS3.

Played through it 4 times on PS3 with no problems :|

good price though paid £40 on release for this, and then £20 on the outbreak edition

First thing thats bugging me is the constant need to load, wtf man!

I just don't think I can like this game, same with the first, something just doesn't stick for me.

There probably trying to shift this in time for Dead Rising 2: Off The Record. It is a full game and is coming out on retail disc. It is a remake of Dead Rising 2 would you believe. What they have done is replaced the main character of Dead Rising 2 with the main character from Dead Rising 1. Same story line with a few different cut scenes, some new areas and weapons, stronger enemies and a rumoured free play mode (no time limit).

********

None of which is gameplay or gives any indication of how the game is going to play. The trailer is good but doesn't tell us anything

GamePlay Group are doing it again. I just got 3 skip rubbish "new" games today! The 2010 FIFA WC ps3 looks like someone puked on it :(

That's not entirely true the missions will be different, a cut scene shown at the Capcom event showed the green room with the kid from 2's back pack on the floor, chances are this will run parallel, or maybe a "what if Chuck didn't get out" story - Different characters and a different safe room.

I'm more worried about the new checkpoint save system seems like a back step.

Quite right - really excellent trailer and I hope that quality is indicative of the actual game... until then I'm quite tempted by this now.

OOS Now people.
#22
out of stock already >.<
#23
doh!
too late to buy!
#24
Wires crossed here, my fault. Didn't mean the trailer was in game, I was just stating the trailer was brilliant. As for gameplay, whilst there is no video footage yet, there are quite a few ingame images out there, and just from the stills, it looks good. Obviously doesn't mean it will be, but I look forward to seeing it.
#25
Back in stock. Ordered mine a second ago.
#26
Yeah I ordered mine 20 minutes ago. I reckon it will quickly go back out of stock.
