Just a heads up if you're interested. I saw in the Daily Mirror this morning that in Tesco from midnight tonight (27th Jan) you can get Dead Space 2 (360/PS3) for £9.99 of you trade in one of the following....

- Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (360 or PS3)

- Call of Duty: Black Ops (360 or PS3)

- Gran Turismo 5 (PS3)

My first 'deal' so if I posted something wrong, let me know, so I can correct it.

If anyone finds a better deal, please let me know!

Thanks.

any idea what tesco and morrissons will be selling the game for
#2
Without trade-in Tesco are selling it at £39.90. So not really any good.

You could get it at Zavvi (online) for around £32 if you use the 'rewardyourthirst' 15% discount code.

i got the one from shopto limited edition one with the prequel of dead space game as a bonus for £36 with £1.60ish quidco on it

i used the 15% code with zavvi but they havent even started to take money yet alone ship them :(

Got this for £29.99 at BEE.com, even recieved it 2 days before the release date.

If you want fast shipping I think Bee.com is going to be the best new online site!

This seems like a pretty good trade-in deal?? You can buy Assassin's Creed Brotherhood for just over £20 (using codes) and your getting around £30 trade in value. Voted hot from me.

You are paying £20 for AC:B, then an extra £10 for the game? Might as well pay £32 from Zavvi and save on hassle!

Still think it's a good trade-in deal if you have one of the games already and want rid :p

Crap, was hoping Tesco were going to do DS2+2100 for £40 :(

Shame, would have snapped that up

think only a small percentage of stores are doing trade ins? i know the store i worked in don't
#13
Vealster, if its true then i seriously love you it's like getting a refund (bought black ops for £29.99). I really do want to get rid of Black ops.
#14
Has anyone else done this? and where in tesco do you trade games in?
#15
Hoping Cradley Tesco will do this, had black ops for far too long, tired of it after a week and didn't bother with single player. Esentially 30 quid for it which I won't complain about.
#16
Its only "Extra" stores that do this. I went to the Ponders End store this morning with my copy of GT5 to get rid of & some vouchers to make it cheaper & got told what's Dead Space 2 ..... muppets
#17
If you got a game store nearby look like they are doing much the same offer

At least they have adevrtised it in the shop window of the Oxford Street Store
#18
if you don't ask for the trade in offer, they probably will give you £3 more trade in value for black ops. *cough made a deal about it.

I just did this deal, be warned almost all of the staff had no idea and i was told i could have it only if i showed them the advert. then one guy recalled an email and the deal is on!
