Just been on the HMV website and they're advertising the creepy 'make you jump out of your skin then shoot your skin cos it may be an alien from the undead realm oh no what's that in my britches argggh here it comes again' scare fest that is dead space.

It's a good game and at £12.99 (PC) is a complete steal in my opinion. Bear in mind it's only been out a matter of months and has had excellent reviews across the board.

I'm not sure if 'enjoy' is the right word, but I had great fun playing this.

Don't forget quidco and the usual suspects too.

EDIT: I added the X360 and PS3 prices too later on. Not the best price if you have a Morrisons near you, but still very very reasonable and better than most places and the meagre 3% quidco shaves a bit more off too!

Zavvi still delivers?

Regardless, this is 12.99 anyway.

Great deal, however I suggest skipping the PC version. The controls for PC port are sluggish, unresponsive and slow.. I ended up uninstalling the game after an hour. Spend a few more quid on the Xbox or PS3 unless you have a 360 pad plugged into your computer.

good game! some pretty hard puzzle bits in it, and the baddies are full on!

Zavvi were brought back by The Hut for online sales - http://www.bitterwallet.com/zavvi-to-be-resurrected-by-the-hut-a-nation-bawls-with-relief/8437

Price wise yes it is £12.99 for PC but its £17.99 at HMV for consoles, so £16.15 at Zavvi is a good price, mine was delivered today. ;-)

Hinch87 - have a look at this link.

The games works well on my PC but unsurprisingly it doesn't always work well depending on your configuration. As ever, I would expect updates to sort out many of these issues as it seems this is the way that PC games are released these days.

Don't want to put off people though as I am really enjoying this game!

Thanks to everyone else too about finding that Zavvi is cheaper for the console users out there.

Thanks for that link. To be fair, this should have been seen though testing prior to being released.. Its been out for a while and still no word for a new patch. The end user should not need to resort to doing such tweaks in order to make the controls work properly.. Might try it out later, cheers.
