No, I find the handle is too short and you have to get too close for comfort to get a good swipe.

hmm, sounds like it's fairly light to handle so may be good for a last ditch grab and swipe melee attack. My wooden handled one weighs a ton and I'd have been bitten by the time i could swing it.

Not impressed with the product specifications though, its says "Batteries included?: No"
I was looking for one which included batteries :)

On the plus side I've found this to be a great tool for dismembering dead bodies. Lightweight, portable and great cutting power.

I Think you will find the Shaolin Spade is the best! Both ends can decapitate the undead, and you get a hell of a range, can also swing it too for those crazy moments.
Will post a deal when I find a good discount for one (_;)

'Serial Killers Monthly' did not include it in their Best Buy list.

It is a great deal. These are a rip off in the normal DIY shops and I ordered mine through ebay in the end for £11.00. Seems like a great deal.

With the great comments this definitely gets some heat.

Nice, this is coming to Glastonbury with me, to chop up firewood.

I've ordered three. No I'm not expecting to be over run by zombies, I ordered one for myself to get rid of some hedges and one each for my dad and a mate for the same reason.

Hope the postman doesn't think I'm a psycho or summat when he delivers them. oO

One thug to another , ere why carry a knife when you can get an axe from Amazon, delivered!
#39
My axes arrived today, I'm very impressed with them. They certainly don't look like they cost under six quid. They are very sharp, well made and strong, and come with a holder which you can put on your belt. Definitely a bargain at the price. :)
