I had a nice surprise at checkout, it accepted both of the vouchers posted:

and

http://www.hotukdeals.com/deal/9439/free-delivery-for-goldcard-users-at

So I got a Ben Sherman jumper reduced from £50 down to £15 but only paid £12.75 at checkout!

Some great deals to be had

Was waiting for this to buy a mattress. Guess what, the price went up today so the 20% blue cross just makes it normal price
#14
good deal on garden parasols (£12 reduced from £40) and base (£19.99 reduced to £5.70)
#15
Thanks, picked up a couple of shirts for £23 the pair - should have been £70. Saved the delivery cost by using the 15% off code. Much appreciated - would have missed out if I hadn't seen this thread.

I'm not sure if items can be returned by store, but I have returned back to Debenhams before and in your parcel there is a return invoice and should be a pre paid royal mail label. You simply fix it to parcel stick in return invoice tick the box of the item you returning and the post office stamp your receipt too, keep that safe and they refund you card within about a week.I don't bother calling up for a courier return as you can't be sure to be in so much easier for me to take to post office.

Cheers for that. I used both codes to knock some cash off holiday tshirts and it worked. Just have to wait and see now though as the last twice ive ordered from Debenhams sales theyve taken the money then refunded it as the items were out of stock!!!

Items can be refunded in store, however you will not get your P+P charge back. Also, if items are reduced by 50% or more, you can only exchange or have the amount put onto a gift card.

I didn't realise they didn't automatically update their stock levels on their website, that's poor.

If you are a gold card holder, you don't have to accept an exchange and just get a refund. Thanks for advising that items received by post can be returned to store, as I wasn't aware of this and it will be more convenient for me too.:)

Went instore today and found most of the bits I wanted that were out of stock in my sizes on the website.

I always find it better to buy clothes instore anyway, at least you can try them on for size.

Same applies to regular card holders (purple cards).

Also:
Debenhams (purple) cardholders get free internet delivery on orders over £100

Gold cardholders get free internet delivery no matter how much or little they spend
