well 500 + amazon reviews would argue with that fact, maybe that cat REALLY hated you :P

The best deterent believe it or not is Lion poo.The second best which also works is male human urine, cheaper too.

I think ive had 3 of these types of devices, they eat batteries for breakfast, last one from amazon "the big cheese" one broke after a few months, luckily the samurai sword still works.

Only needs to be there a day or two the poo that is and you will not see another cat.You really only want the faeces and not the lion so ask at a zoo or safari park nicely.A cat used to mess at the bottom of our tree in the back garden till I left my own wet patch there and that was it .It never came back.Believe me it works.

Somebody living in a house near us has one of these - I can hear the noise it makes, very irritating for me, I don't know about the cats

This removes the fun of squirting cats with the hosepipe?!
#13
get yrself to an Indian grocery store and buy the biggest bag of chilli powder they do. spread that where the cats keep crapping and you wont be seeing them again for a while ;-)

Tempted but £14.10 will buy you quite a bit of shotgun ammunition (_;)

I wonder if I could hide one of these in the wardrobe to stop the girlfriend's cat coming into the bedroom at night - Sodding thing kills the mood with it's intense staring.

Sorry guys, I have 5 cats, and my neighbour has one of these. The cats ignore it and go about their business anyway, however the damn noise drives me up the wall, so maybe thats the payback !!

We bought one to keep our neighbours tom away from our kid's play area. I turned it on, our cat walked up to it, sniffed it, made a face of disapproval and slowly walked away. The cat could hear it but obviously wasn't at all really bothered by it, next doors tom wasn't at all deterred by it either. In the end we got a one of the scarecrow PIR water sprayers, that worked a treat.

Does this work on teenagers? If so, i'm getting one.
#21
I have one and it works, except the cats seek out the blind spots and dump there.

Probably would work on teens too, my 7 year-old complains it hurts his ears :)

Maybe it's you neighbour you should be apologising to for letting your filthy animals **** in his garden?
