The Raspberry is so so fine ;)

Why associate food with guilt? There's nothing really wrong with fat anyway - I'd watch out for the high sugar content though.

There is a lot wrong with fat - coronary heart disease for one. Hey, but what is life without a treat? I even heard a nutritionist complaining about drinking orange juice - as you take time to peel and eat a real orange. You can't please most people at the one time!

I can't believe the low fat claim, but I'm thinking of the ice cream versions. Hot and good spot. Thanks!

I disagree. There's nothing wrong with fat. However, there is something wrong with too much fat... or too much carbs or too much protein. All of them, if not burnt for energy, will get stored as adipose tissue (i.e. fat).
