Unused = Refurished?

Prices do not include VAT.

Could not find if it included delivery... I suspect not. Maybe the OP can confirm and correct title to include VAT?

I only paid £50 for my Samsung ML-1210 laser printer several years ago so this doesn't seem a great deal unless it has something my Samsung doesn't have.

Having had a quick look it may be okay for an office environment as it's main claim to fame seems to be fast printing and being built for large numbers of copies but for an average home user it looks like it may be a bit bulky and no cheaper than some of the neater units around like the Samsungs.

It's £95 + VAT + Delivery = £116.73 here (but brand new).

We use the network version of this. It is basically a rebadged lexmark printer. Good if you need to do large print runs but they are a bit bulky to sit on a desk.

The main problem we have is after about 12 months of office use we have to change the rubber bands around the paper pickup roller as they get coated with paper dust and stop gripping the paper correctly. Some of that is our fault though for using cheap paper!

Dells cartridge refill service is good though. Send your old one back freepost and they send you a new one for half price.

I've had a 1720dn at home for ages and it's a fantastic printer. £55+VAT Delivery is well under half of what I paid so I'm about to buy another for work.
And it's new.
