Thanks edi. Was going to leave some reputation for MikeT but says I need to spread it around more first.

So thanks MikeT.

Did did actually show it as £29.99 then £49.99 so must be a few changes going on.

Don't forget... its likely that it does not come with inks or a USB cable, as the one ordered directly from Dell's website doesn't have either.

But at this price, still a good buy... Just don't forget to factor in those two crucial things as the combination of both could add an extra 25+ to your printer!

i reckon this is really a Lexmark, so bear in mind the cheapest ink for the printer £20-29 cos the print heads are on the new cartridge.
#8
you can buy the usb cables from svp.co.uk for less than a quid.

LOL, you're allowed to mention where Oggy, but I noticed that too :)

Remember these have scandalously high replacement ink prices..

Dell's printers are really Lexmarks, but they have a slight change made to the ink cartridges to stop you using the equivalent Lexmark cartridge. It does not make much difference though because they both have very expensive cartridges with no cheap options ( other than refilling).
#13
I wouldnt touch any of their replacement catridges. If you have Catridge World nearby, you can get a inkjet catridge refilled for ~£5. Tesco is also selling some cheap refill kits for ~ £10.
#14
has anyone ever received a printer with no ink?? dell usually give u trial size cartridges.

Received my printer today - perfect - thanks for posting the offer just as my trusty Epson gave up the ghost. It's a lot of product for the money, particularly useful as a quick photocopier (without the computer even turned on).

It does come with a normal black & a normal colour cartridge, but as said in a previous post NO USB LEAD. No bother if you already have one connecting your old printer though!

£35.98 all-in delivered.
