Has anyone used this mouse before? I have used Microsoft Mice before, I really like them especially the soft click.
#2
Just bought one.
#3
i bought it 3 weeks ago when it was on offer at the same price. amazing mouce. but i think it needs a mouse pad in order to be smooth
#4
Bought one in August, it's been this price for quite a while.
It works ok but not great, don't know if it's a Windows 7 issue but it doesn't reconnect after computer has been in "sleep" mode. You have to remove from bluetooth devices then add to bluetooth devices, I know it only takes a minute or so, but it's starting to irritate.
#5
if i was you I would wait for the logitech vx nano to come down in price. Last christmas i got the nano for £19.99 in pc world and would say its the best mouse ever for laptops... and I've had alot of mouses... lol

The fact that its 5 button appeals to me, however the issue you have labelled above is putting me off...has anybody else had the same problem?

If I dont get this one, I think I'll get this, the only problem is however the fact that its 2 button, and not 5.

Just wondering if this would pair up with the PS3's Bluetooth?

Have you gone through the (advanced) power options in control panel?

I've just had a look and I see nothing for Bluetooth, but then I don't have a Bluetooth dongle on my PC. Also, is this actually a laptop or just a PC?

It appears Vista had a similar problem with Bluetooth devices and coming out of sleep and there was a fix for it. Are all your Windows updates up-to-date?

EDIT: @ Pugwa$h again - try turning USB Wake off

No problems whatsoever with this, it's a rather nifty mouse, I prefer it to the nano vx as it's bluetooth - so no usb dongle required :)

The reconnect problem must be laptop specific as my mouse reconnects fine after sleeping!
#11
Cheers MikeT, ordered.

Now I need a laptop to go with this for the kids' Christmas present. I'm counting on you to come up with the goods, as ever!

So no disconnection probs? thats great then

do you use it on a Dell? and on W7?

My only issue is that I have a Vaio so I'm not sure if its 100% compatible...
#13
hdizzle, did you read my posts? This is a W7 issue that's easily fixed by the sounds of it. Not a Laptop specific issue.

11 days! not exactly quick!

I bought one of these for the same price last time it came round

Very happy, works great with my netbook - connection via BT is quick, has a power on/off switch to save the battery and doesn't need a mouse matt - recommended :)
#23
Is this a full size mouse or a tiny one? What batteries does it take?

I'm using it on a Dell XPS M1530 with Windows 7 and I have no reconnection problems at all. I always put the computer to sleep and when it's back on, mouse is working like a charm. Connected it only once and is working fine since. Would definitely recommend it.

I have same bluetooth mouse connection issue with my Dell Inspiron 1750 running windows 7. Seems Microsoft not yet resolved this issue.

Agree with your opinion of the nano, but it's quite a difference in price still. I've had a few meese as well! :whistling:

I'd say this is a cracking deal especially if you get the BT dongle in with it.

Ordered one early this morning and my estimated date was 2009-12-08 but then got a second email saying planned delivery date 30-11-2009, nice. This should go nicely with my black Dell Inspiron. Thanks OP.

I am using this on my macbook pro .....best mouse ever...
Automatically detected and very configurable. No problems while even when the macbook is recovering from sleep mode.
Configure extra buttons using overdrive (http://www.usboverdrive.com/USBOverdrive/News.html)
When I started using this at home, I now can't work on a 3 button mouse at office !!!
Excellent bargain !! Supplied batteries run for ever :)

Just received mine today, and I have to say, this is a fantastic mouse for the money! For me one of the best things is the fact that it does not occupy a USB slot like the other wireless mice do.

EDIT: its now 12.59 though LOL
#39
just got mine, fantastic, no more crap plugged in to have my wireless mouse
#40
i ordred mine yesterday night at bout 10pm and it was shipped this morning with ups
