I put this one up seperatly as I dont think it will last long, it should have just 1 gig of raam but dell have left it with 2 gig, remove 1 gig for this stunning deal

Edit: back to 1gig now but still a bargain buy, get another gig from elseware and you have a system with 2 gig for £317 or less
#2
I tried to get with Vista but on that one there is no options to downgrade the memory to 1gb.

So if i get this pc then i can get free vista upgrade cd?

Its still a good deal now, if you buy 1gig or ram elseware for say £24 or less then the systems still cheap.

Glad I mentioned about the 1GB reduction in the other thread.
I had the £235 price saved in my basket before the price went up to £293.
It did go through the checkout at £235 so I am hoping I will get it at this price. Thanks to Mike for the heads up on the E520 deals, as it was for this dedicated chap that I am using the E520 with 22" monitor from a couple of months back. This 19" deal will replace my old Athlon if it comes off.

Please go easy with me- yes im a lurker ( for about 3 years lol)

I have just bought this at the reduced price- many thanks Mike

Just a couple of points

1. Can I ring up and try and upgrade the monitor without affecting the original price eg just pay the monitor upgrade price

2. if yes does anyone have an english telephone number ?

3. Can i just put an extra dvd rom drive in myself ( eg will there be a power connector etc there for me

4. Im gonna upgrade the ram so i presume i just slot these in and the pc automatically finds em

Thanks to all

Cheers

Dont try and change the order, the price will go up!

Yes you can put your own drive in but its SATA not IDE and you will need a right angled power connector for it.

Ram will just get seen no problems, just slot it in.

Welcome to the forums.

OK better find another doctor cause you dont trust this one ;-)

Manual here shows 4 sata drives can be connected, no IDE ports on the mobo.
