Link seems to show £431.87 for 320GB hard drive or £378.87 with 160GB hard drive before quidco.

I second Woodview....

You need to drop down the support. That takes £90 or something off it.
Its also worth upping the processor to a 4200+

Edit: ah yes i see what you mean about the hdd. Still 160gb is reasonable enough for it.

Tried several times but the discount code is invalid, price I got was around £435 :-(
#6
Still a very good price though £402.49 with a 4200 processor
never had a dell before, this may make me purchase one thanks Mike T.

Sorry if the prices and spec has changed since I went through them first thing today guys and girls, I will go through the whole lot again this evening when I get home and repost any they have become good offers now that dell have finished messing with the prices etc. They did this to me last week too!
#8
cheers Mike, much appreciated!

Is the Ultrasharp 19" worth the extra £29.38?

FWIW Mike T's offer appears to be about £50 less than using Dell to build the system.
#10
yep, dell must have changed it slightly after Mike did his analysis
#11
well I removed the extra warrenty, added the speakers and got £384.87 inc vat and delivery!

I have just updated the first post so it now has the correct price and spec, well it has as of 17:30 Thursday ;-)
#13

Its not a bad deal at all, it was better for a brief period this morning when it had 320Gb for another £20 but that was short lived and may have been a pricing error.
#15
ok, thanks Mike, might pick this up then

After 36 hours of following various links, for me I just cannot find a better system for the price so I've filled the basket.

Thanks Mike T for the link.

Vista is preloaded, speakers are not included but you can spec some cheap ones with the deal Dell™ A225 Stereo Speakers add £5.87
As what will come in the future I have absolutly no idea, the way dells pricing and specs are jumping about just lately I doubt dell have a clue either!
