Allegedly saving over £200 and with a hard drive upgrade from 500gb to 750gb and unlimited music streaming for a year from napster, I use spotify so no great deal here IMHO, and 60 free songs. Computer seems like a decent deal, i'd say it'll do any medium home user for a good few years and really could do anything except for gamers. Description below

Dell did have an offer on Wednesday for a i7 820 for £649 but it has been withdrawn now which sucks as I tried to build the same machine and it came in at just over £700

Says optical on spec, i know the ones without graphics cards have HDMI port built in and this will have but will be disabled , but not sure if the graphics card has HDMI ?

i gave the dell price without any quidco/topcashback or discount codes. There are dell discount codes about and quidco is 3% i think. In actual fact the acer is £40 more for almost an identical system, the dell has an extra 110gb of hard drive the acer has a blu ray player and a built in wireless

I think the blue ray and wireless is worth the little bit extra on the Acer, works out about £12 more than the Dell when using 3% cashback on the Dell, cant see any discount codes for Dell anywhere

The Acer also has 6gb ram the Dell has 4gb so thats about another £35 worth of extras

worth paying an extra £9.99 to upgrade to a 1TB hard Drive...

Or if you are feeling flush an extra £99 to upgrade to 1TB HD, 1gb Graphics and 8gb Ram...
