Some like it and some dont, your safe with the ordinary one but the trulife is shiny, reflective. If working under office tube lighting it may reflect too much, I like it much better now I am used to it (recommended) but was worried at first use. Try to see one in action ;-)

i know Sonys are good but they have a premium on top for the brand and design, who makes the best laptops quality wise and design wise iyo?

Why Dell of course ;-)

I'm sorry but your asking the wrong man, I really like the Dells for the ability to get the job done but some dont have much in the way of design going for them, quality is all down to price in the end I believe and all the manufacturers want your money so make to a price you might pay, most will last longer than you want them to (upgrade hankering) so just find one in your price range that you like the look of and has reasonable reviews (does what you need) and be happy till the next all singing cpu comes out to tempt you.
