Looks very nice. 2 years warranty on an up market refurb like this is a nice touch, hot!

Looks well specced well reviewed. If I didn't already have a Venue 11 I'd be very tempted. Just remember if you still want the Windows 10 upgrade it can still be had for free if you use assistive technologies.

Not bad spec, no idea why it is cold, hot for me.

Voted hot. This has a full HD touch screen display. That's pretty usual in a 13" screen. 2 usb3 ports. SSD. no ethernet connection, but easily remedied with a usb-ethernet connector. Maybe a bit of the heavy side for an ultrabook, personally i'd use the 32bit version of windows 8, or update the ram to max of 8

You can't upgrade the RAM as it's soldered.
The tablet itself has no USB ports and the card reader is also located in the detachable keyboard.
Due to the weight of the tablet it's very top heavy in laptop mode so feels like an accident waiting to happen if used on the lap.
It's obviously very large as a tablet.
Keyboard is back-lit.
System is fanless.
You can get a dock for it on eBay for about £40 which has ethernet.

I paid £460 for mine with the 2.9Ghz CPU, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD and 3 year on site Dell warranty.

I got the ASUS T300 Chi for 349 from ebuyer, core m5y71, 8gb ram, 1440P screen, SSD. Better deal IMHO

That was cheap but the battery life is rubbish, the keyboard isn't back-lit plus it lacks ports and there is no dock available or extended warranty.
But if you can live with its limitations it's a bargain.

Actually the dock seems quite handy with three USB3 ports, the ethernet is only 10/100 though

It's the same dock as the Venue 11 Pro right? I've got that same dock but I found it struggled driving multiple high resolution displays. Never figured out why.

It is the same dock. Personally I can easily live with 100Mb ethernet. Never tried multiple monitors. I find it works best with HDMI as with DP the tablet screen turns on when I turn the monitor off and since it has a 1920x1200 panel and the tablet is 1920x1080 the application windows keep on being resized which is annoying.

the best thing to me is the resolution, if it can handle that well, just for video, thats good
