It's obviously difficult to compete with the recent Acer Aspire One deals from Tescos, etc, but I've been looking at the Dell Mini 9 and, after missing out on the deal from a few weeks ago (<£200), I noticed that they're currently knocking £50 off the mid-price model, making it a very good £229, until 29 April.

I know the Acer is cheaper but some reviews say the Dell is well made and this might be a reasonable deal for those looking for a Dell. Also, I did read that it's a prime model for 'Hackintoshing'.

6% Quidco at present too.

My first deal posting so go easy but this was quite reasonable, no?

Im unsure, dont the dell outlet have any ones left? Like the OP says with tescos notebook deals on atm maybe this will have another surge on the rest of the market? Horses for courses.
You need to put the price in the title. :)
Tesco's are knocking these for £229 as well, BUT comes with 8GB SSD instead of 16GB and preloaded with WinXP
wouldn't touch these with a barge pole...... i bought one 2 months ago and have had nothing but trouble. The latest thing not to work is the wireless card!! i am still waiting for dell's CS to get back to me with an address where to send the mini 9 back for a refund.

Anyone know please let me know.
