Thought this seemed a good all round spec! Dell refurbished are usually pretty spotless, have 12 months warranty and there are also scratch and dent at £560 approx.

Inspiron 15 - 7566

Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-6300HQ Processor (4C,6M Cache, up to 3.20 GHz,45W)

Windows 10 Home (64bit)

8GB (1x8GB) 2400MHz SDRAM DDR4 Non-ECC

256 GB SATA III Solid State Hard Drive

No Optical Device

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 with 4GB

Software

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 802.11ac, 1x1, 2.4 & 5GHz + Bluetooth 4.0

LCD Back Cover - Black (Non-Touch Screen)

Battery : Primary 6-cell 74W/HR(Integrated)

15.6 inch FHD (1920 x 1080) Anti-Glare LED-Backlit Display

Internal English Non Backlit Keyboard

Can't really see anything wrong with the above for £560-610!

Recent, actual quad i5, 8gb RAM which is very likely to be upgradeable, decently sized SSD (which should also help with battery), full HD and reasonably usable dedicated graphics!

I recently bought an Inspiron 17 5767 for £409 from the dell outlet (scratch & dent) and I can't find a mark on it!

Didn't come with an SSD, but 15mins of removing the back cover later and I'd installed one and am very happy with it.

yep some really good 2 in ones on Dell outlet last night, my last outlet still going fine but if the 15% offer had been running the I7 16gb 512 ssd would have been coming my way in either a 15 or 17 guise

I got a 7559 a year ago for 600 with i7 hq6700 8gb ddr3 gtx 960m and 1tb sshd. With that in mind this look great.

I haven't checked but if it has a spare HD slot like mine and the ram is in one stick then this look great!

Are there any codes available? And apparently they charge if you return it?

Most scratch and sniff items I've got from Dell look brand new and I am sure they were. I had a refurbished Dell that had clearly been used but was being sold very cheap so I was happy and it's been fine for 5 years (so far)

I bought a 15r SE a few years ago, had dodgy lcd connection and 3 clustered dead pixels for what was supposed to be scratch and dent...

After a little to and fro with CS over email, they eventually sent me a brand new one. Lasted 2 and half years before something on the motherboard went and it refused to accept any charge. £140 later and it's back up and running again with a refurb motherboard from china. :<>

Outlet are superb. I've purchased six or seven over the years, with only one issue, where the laptop delivered didn't have the advertised backlit keyboard and webcam.

A couple of calls later, and they had ordered me a brand new machine, which arrived with a 3 year warranty and accidental damage cover.

Hi Ganon, think the links are timed and expire. if you follow to Dell Outlet and search for the specific model by refining the search you should find them if there are any left.

Damn no backlit keyboard

Is this just the standard gaming laptop with the red gaming branding? These were going for £850 brand new with the latest spec.

Anyone seen these lately?

A few Inspiron 7566s appear every week but I can never add them to basket. It just says there was an error. Wondering if the script bots are grabbing them as soon as they come online? Pretty frustrating really because I don't have this problem with any other models.

Figured it out. For some reason, the 7566 doesn't have the warranty option selected when you click 'Add to cart'. So just tick the standard 1 year free warranty and then it'll let you buy it.

Got one for £546 with an i5, 8GB, 256GB and 960 / scratch and dent which is very cheap. Hopefully the scratch/dent will be small!
