Upgrade to the 24” TFT and the Logitech Cordless desktop and the price comes to £336 after Quidco.
Not bad considering the monitor usually goes for about £260 delivered from PCBuyit albeit with a 3 year warranty.
Add a Core 2 Duo CPU from eBay and a bit more RAM and you have a decent desktop with a large monitor for about £400.

Bought one last year, (Dimension 520), for about the same price and been very happy with it. Buy it quickly because last year they sold out within an hour.

As with almost all pcs nowaday you can connect it to a USB broadband modem, an ADSL or Cable Router/Modem via a LAN cable or you could purchase a pci or USB wireless adaptor to connect to a wireless broadband modem.

Get the dual core option, celeron will have you kicking yourself.

A lot of USB modems don't work with Vista.

Yep, I think you have to forego the 19" monitor and upgrade from a 2.2C2D(800mhz 2mb) to a 2.33C2D (1333hz 4mb) to get that price.
