If you get this go for the AMD® Athlon™ 64 X2 Mobile Technology TK53 proceesor add £23.50.
I did and its worth it!
Buy 2Gb of RAM from www.crucial.com and sell the 2x512mb sticks that come with this system on ebay.
Then buy a 9 cell battery on ebay & save loads of money to spend on things you don't really need on hear!

could someone just tell me how good the AMD® Sempron Mobile Technology 3500+ and AMD® Athlon™ 64 X2 Mobile Technology TK53 are?

I've always understood processors better in the Pentium terms. So what 3500+ be equivilent to? 1.5?
