Select 'Dell UK deals', and then 'Vostro Deals' from the tabs at the top of the page
Click on the 3750 Tab
Select item N05S7509 @ £670 from the list and click on 'Go To Deal'
On the Dell website, configure as required
Add to basket, and save it.
Then go back to Top Cash Back and go through the process.
You may want to delete cookies after saving your basket.
I already have an account with Dell so no problem saving my basket. I don't know how it works if you have no account already.

I'm surprised at that JJG. I've now got 64 bit on 3 machines and lots of older hardware and software. The only item that wouldn't work was a Canon Scanner, but I get a better one from Fleabay for £22 so no issues with me.
This laptop comes with W7 professional, so you always have the option of compatibility mode.
The code works on the original price before discounts, which in this case is £729, so no issues with this item.

They were doing similar for about £520 without the discrete graphics last week so an extra ~£60 is good.
