Voted hot , mine came without a monitor for almost same price

if the link doesn't work for you go to dell and search for the Value code - D04X4060

don't forget Quidco also....
#3
Sorry for sounding slow but how did you get this price. I keep going over your spec and the one I see and no difference but price is showing as £911.32

I initially thought this was cold compared to recent deals for the XPS 420 especially those on the Dell Outlet but they seemed to have bumped the prices on this model at the moment. Still not hot for me though.

the monitors are not very good apparently though.

good quality monitors can be had cheaply now.

just tried this with the value code, whats going on ?

it comes out at £1026 pounds with a 22 inch monitor when I add some extras.

And I bought the same system with the extras for 553 pounds 5 days ago.

nearly 500 pounds seems a lot for a 22 inch dell monitor !

Are you going through the Small Business Dell site? You should be.

I'm still thinking it over - Increase to 3gb memory & 1TB storage for £659.21

Just realised - Forgot to upgrade gfx card - This adds £25+ to the price.

At around £700, I can't see me getting that past the missus. :(

hang on the link is working again it had an error before ....

Yeah now it comes to £733 with the extras I selected ( 3 gig mem, 16X DVD, logitech 3200 desk, soundblaster Xfi gamer). The only difference is that I had the E8400 which goes for the same price and 140 gig of HD space and a monitor.

So for 180 pounds from my last purchase difference... sorry not so hot. I can buy a samsung monitor for that or visionmaster.

Now if you could deduct the monitor ?

Try and find a better deal. Oh theres a 10% coupon as well, but I think it had some stipulations.

Dapunk.

You need the Small Business site not the Home site.
However, having said that, I've just gone back through and the price is now over £700 so I assume what I saw this morning was a misprice.
******, wish I'd ordered it at the time now.
'Fraid this one needs to be marked as expired
