Read HERE that the price of the Q6600 Quad processors are due a drop in price this week. And the Q6700 price is to be almost cut in half. Bringing it down to the current Q6600 prices.

This is tempting, but about £100 above my planned budget. Maybe if it had included a 20" screen.

Was looking at this last week in a Vostro 400 case (£439 with 20" screen) - Only need it for Apps and Video Editing. But this got slated

Prefering the XPS case though - The gfx card in this is way above my needs and not too fussed about the raid option.

So I'm holding out for XPS, with Q6700 (hopefully), a less powerfull gfx card and 20" screen for less than £500. Don't want much do I. lol..
The card is a bit pants, was one posted on here recently with a 8800GT around 510 quid, looked a better machine.

Cold, the E8400 with 8800GT was £50 less than this price last week, and £100 less on Business
