It must be your eyes ;-) otherwise you would have noticed the coupon is already in the deal :whistling:

Lethal, yes this screen is pretty much A4 sized.

ahujamit, you can of course call or email to cancel the 1520 but do bear in mind this smaller screened notebook has no dedicated graphics caard like the 1520 for this money, that would be extra so if games playing is on your list stick with the 1520.

Whats your experience of Dell's January deals Mike? I'm after either one of these or a Vostro 1400. I aint seen any deals on the 1400 in the last week or so. I'm hoping they might lower the prices in Jan.
Also, have you or anyone else got any personal experience of the quality on the 'WLED WXGA display' plus the 0.3mp webcam quality? Thx

Its anyones guess what Dell will do in Jan, we got dissapointed last year as they didnt have a sale, just carried on as usual.
I cant help on the led screen, maybe someone else will post to enlighten you so to speak ;-)

The led screen is very nice, about 2/3 the thickness (inc lid) of the ccfl one .. however .. i personally don't think its worth the price difference. I've had both and the major difference is in weight rather than picture quality

the m1330 is fantastic I recommend it highly
ps. the camera is fine and the creative software that comes attached is a hoot ... i like being transformed into a werewolf .. i kid u not

mumbojumbo
It seems that the Dell retail store within HMV, Piccadilly Circus is offering instore discounts and free delivery (?) on the XPS range - if anyone happens to be passing maybe they could price up a deal to compare with online deals? Just curious, like

Also, Dell coming to a PC World or Currys near you soon?

If Sony and IBM have sales their laptops could be better value than Dell in that case.
