The De'Longhi EC271 Espresso Pump Coffee Machine is the ideal introduction into the world of home-barista coffee.

The best of both worlds
This effective machine makes simple, elegant espressos and cappuccinos in no time at all, whilst the 15-bar pressure pump is able to extract the best possible espresso essence and aromatic oils for real home luxury.

Use the easy to handle integrated milk-frother to perfect your coffee every time.

Auto-off function
The De'Longhi EC271's eco function alongside its auto-off function make it an economical and environmentally friendly machine. It will turn itself off nine minutes after you have last used it, to conserve energy and keep the machine working as it should.

Warm your cups for added luxury
Complete that coffee-shop experience with the integrated cup warming system. Simply place your two espresso cups safely on the lid of the machine, and they will warm thoroughly – so you can make your cappuccino last even longer.

The De'Longhi EC271 Espresso Pump Coffee Machine makes truly delicious espressos and cappuccinos for coffee lovers to experience real caffeinated luxury in the comfort of their own homes.

I was thinking about getting one of these! Anybody have one and want to give a perspective on how good / bad it is?

I had one of these for many years and it worked well. Think I brought it about 7 years back for around £70. I remember at the time the reviews were generally very good. Having only recently consigned mine to the tip I was pleased to see that you could still buy spares for it as recently as this year, which speaks something of its longevity. Having seen what other machines are available at this price range, I'd say the de'longhi is a safe bet.

I have it. It's a brilliant machine for the money (bought it to replace one that cost over double the price of this but performance is much the same). Frofths the milk up nice and foamy so cappuccinos are delicious.

Yes it does. I don't use it for that but just checked the manual
