I rather buy the glasses in the picture there quite nice

Have a similar (older) model with the built in milk caraffe..very happy with the Delonghi quality and performance.
This is a very good price for a bean to cup with auto milk, heat.

I think the price of this has been hiked up before Christmas purely to bring it back down to this. I've seen this machine advertised for this price before outside of a sale.

Well I've been looking for this machine for 6 months and never saw it less than £499

I have two delonghi bean to cups. The coffee they make is pretty much identical. The main differences between the various models relates to the controls and whether they have one of the milk carafes.

I do rate the delonghi machines, but I would ignore the was prices as nobody ever pays these. The 22.360 is welk worth the reduced price of £349, especially as it has a carafe and will qualify for a free service.

Looks pretty good to me. These make good coffee and that's a cheap price for a bean to cup machine.

I am trying to justify spending £349 on this when my ec330s works perfectly fine and ive bought a esam2800 for £149.

Which do I keep. Arrrggghhh :-p

All I can think is ooooh one touch coffffeeee

I just reserved this to pick up tomorrow.

Thank you OP. I was waiting for a good bean-to-cup offer to appear, this is my Xmas present from my wife!

I have no idea why it has been rated cold. The Price on Amazon has never gone below £499.99. It has five star review ratings and the non-milk carafe version is currently third in the Which best buys table. It also comes with a free service and coffee club pack. I reckon its a great buy!

There is a new model available (http://www.amazon.co.uk/DeLonghi-ECAM-22-366-S/dp/B00GP0UFM2/ref=dp_ob_title_kitchen) but this is over £800 quid!

I would go for this one. It is far superior to the ESAM2800 which I assume is the machine you got for £149 ( I got one too from Tesco). The ESAM2800 suffers from the same problem that a few other low end Delonghis have, i.e. if you steam some milk for a Cappacinno or Latte then you have to wait a while before you can make the coffee to go with it. The controls on it are also pretty cheap and tacky.

The main difference, of course, is that this one comes with the carafe which means that you really are into one touch coffee, including the steamed milk.

At the end of the day, it all depends on hie much you are prepared to spend on a coffee machine.

I think the cold votes must be from folks who can't get their heads round spending this much on a coffee maker. I totally understand where they are coming from as it is a lot of dosh. My brother has one of the nespresso machines and they do make excellent coffee and it was a lot cheaper to buy. However, if you drink as much coffee as I do, then the cost of the pods really would mount up. Relatively speaking, the beans for the Delonghi are much cheaper.

However, once you have decided, then this is a really good price for a well specified machine. Besides having the carafe for one button milky coffees, it is also a relatively compact model (all the ECAM models are) so it would fit in a smaller kitchen.
