In my dreams I'd be able to afford this with a B&W Speaker setup.

I was just debating to get the old CC.

But thought the wife would go mental

Divorce is quick and easy these days... :whistling:

It doesn't support the new HDMI 3D standard, which is I suspect why it's so cheap.

NOT recommended if you want future-proof, but a great deal otherwise!

I am not pinning my hopes on 3D TBH

If it does take off, its going to be the 2nd or 3rd gen not the first.

The denon website indicates there will be a feature pack upgrade for its top of the line receivers - including the 4308 - that includes an upgrade to hdmi 1.4 amongst numerous other features, for $100, which, when you consider the price of replacing the receiver isnt too bad...

Yes this does have a processor in it for the internet.

AMAZING DEAL IF YOU ASK ME.

But I cant afford

agreed, you need a very big screen to make 3d worthwhile - and i mean >60in

I have the big screen, unfortunately don't have the deep pockets

Yes but won't this amp be overkill for when you are sitting eating cold baked beans in a bedsit?
