£66 for newer versions on Amazon so don't trust the 'was' price

I'd love to know if there's a trading standards ruling on the "was" price as it seems one of the most widely abused systems for retailers to get custom.

Not saying that's the case here, but there are certainly a huge amount of Amazon deals that have never been anywhere near their inflated RRPs.

£184.99 is their RRP.... which they quite legitimately may have never been sold for.

Walk into Sports Direct for infinite more examples of this practice.

Why is the title and picture AH-D320, yet the description starts "The Denon AH-D321 Headphones feature 40mm drivers..."

    Sound quality?

Likely to be good quality for £50. I would be tempted if I didn't already buy an M Audio Q40 recently, which is currently £59 on eBay. Both are bass focused, so if you don't like bass, then look elsewhere.

I checked the usa model and this denon retails for $399 and the Q40 for $99

RRP stands for "Really, Really, Pricey". I never pay attention to that. I need some new "cans" so these will do the job. Thanks.

I generally steer clear of any over-the-ear headphones that have built in controls for iOS devices.

For that kind of listening in-ear headphones with decent noise cancellation do a much better job (you know, "Hell is other people") usually for less money/more discretely and the sound quality tends to be disappointing when using them for listening from other (better) sources.

Yet if looking like the proverbial Major Tom while listening (and sharing) bass heavy tracks with the rest of the carriage, where quantity definitely wins over quality, is what floats your boat then this set is for you. Horses for courses.
