This is a rare offer but MINI are offering existing owners a deposit contribution on any new MINI. I was given £750 towards a new JCW.

Ask for more info @ your local dealer, this deal only came online this week!!

MINI never discount.... well till now!!

(I saved £20 a month)

I'd haggle for more money off.
They need you more than you need them,
It's a buyers market for brand new cars now.

:roll:I take it you have never been to a MINI dealer. Your lucky to get free TLC (£150 value). They wont knock a penny off, and are more than happy to see you leave rather than do so.

I take it you’ve never been to a Mini garage when the countries been on the verge of a recession?
No one’s immune from the financial turmoil, NOT EVEN MINI. As Mr Pinch Penny says, they need you more.
Not really an offer, you could walk in any garage in England to buy a new car and they’ll offer you almost anything to clinch the deal at the moment.

No No No..... Its not how MINI work. Thats why they hold the value so well.

+ if you can manage to get free TLC etc this is an extra saving.

MINI = The price you see is price you pay!!

I never said that but they must feel the MINI brand will cope as it is.

MINI is unlike anyother car dealer, yes they will be effected but they wont de value the brand.

This is a great deal to anyone who is looking to swap in there MINI, maybe even save some £££ and get a Diesel

I never mentioned the brand, most people cant afford to buy new cars! Volvo, Audi, Mercedes, VW etc etc etc etc WILL ALL offer you massive deals at the minute.

EVEN your precious MINI!!

I agree all the others will, on most models.

Im talking from experience here, not trying to big up MINI.

You maybe would have to see for your self, as you havnt done that how can you say one way or another what they do.

MINI will want to keep the value of the brand, and as it is they are selling well.

Nope dont work for MINI, just thought maybe this would help some owners out who are looking to change there car.

BMW are in S*it street at the moment and are trying to hold market share at any cost. They believe the mini brand is strong enough to ride out a "mini" recession (sorry) even bravely launching the "electric" mini this month. Try walking into a BMW dealership and asking for a cash deal, you'll get one! Only a few years back you had to pay over the odds to get one, not any more.

If this recession is as serious as the media are hyping it up to Mini will be offering buy one get one free to get bums on seats.

We're doooomed!

I received a deal through the post. They must be desperate as I've bought 2 new cars since I enquired about the Cooper S. They also know the Alfa Mito is coming out in January which is £2K cheaper for the top model than the basic Cooper.

The deal was hopeless. I got an Alfa GT Q2 Cloverleaf for less each month, a tiny deposit in comparison and a smaller final payment if I want to keep it.

If you want one, haggle. Otherwise walk away.

Have to say you have good taste in cars, love Alfa's.

I think a lot of people are voting this cold without knowing how MINI work, still if it helps 1 person its happy days.
