Not worth it. All the important stuff is on the second disc in the next version up.

The really expensive versions are also a waste of time. Only the two-disc one is worth getting.

Heard The 3CD Box Set Version Released a few years back ... The Most Important Disc for me was this the original album. The other stuff was extended Jams that didn't seem to go anywhere. If you haven't heard this the original CD you are missing an Important Classic Rock CD In Your Collection. I'm more interested in the remastering than the fillers added in deluxe editions and ultimate collections.CD Companies Often Adding Bonus Tracks to Re-Releases is often just a marketing ploy and has little to do with the relevance of the original disc. If It Was That Essential to have bonus tracks why weren't they added in the first place !!!!!

If You haven't heard the CD You're in for a suprise ... very much a neglected classic. THe record company RSO had problems shifting the double LP when it was first released as very few people realised that Derek Was Eric !!!!

Excellent album. The 3cd set as mentioned has Jam 2 on it. Worth a trip to youtube if you've never heard it.

Because there wasn't a "first place". The stuff on the second disc in the new version has not been released before. It's mostly the songs recorded for what was going to be the second Derek And The Dominos album, plus a few TV performance live tracks, also unreleased.

The other extra discs aren't worth it. They're just the Live At The Fillmore album in a different order.

As I said, the only one worth getting is the 2-disc one.

There Was A First place.... It was the original Released LP and Cassette.
The 14 Tracks That Are Above are The Original 14 Track Listing.

I ordered the 2 CD edition from The Hut and it arrived last Friday. Excellent original album with CD2 including some sessions from the follow up album that never happened, the 1970 Johnny Cash Show performances from 1970, etc.. Its £11.85 at TheHut though I got it a few £s cheaper with some vouchers.
