  I actually had to look it up as I didn't know what it was. Like you say it's something to do with the cover but I'm still not sure what. I think it's just a re-packaging and doesn't contain any extras as far as I know.
  
  It's part of Universal's 100th anniversary and they are releasing 15 blu rays and DVDs with these special covers. Maybe they will become collectors items in the future.
