Jump to unread Post a CommentSingle player game, no multiplayer. Used games sales totally kill nowadays. I've come to expect these price cuts for "single player only" games. Just look at FFXIII-2, price slashed right after release. Same for Deus Ex, high ratings but no real reason for players to hang on to a copy after playing it so price was slashed fairly quick.
That makes sense for console games but not for PC games, the used games market for PC games is small.
At this price it is well worth getting, also consider picking up the DLC on steam.
I think this is a placeholder instead of saying "out of stock". I've noticed Play does this for things that are long out sometimes and when you order it says "awaiting stock". I guess it just looks better when you have a specific date.
You replied before I finished the post! Thanks.
So are you saying that they will get stock on 2 March, which means waiting about 2 weeks for delivery?
100%
Then again, maybe PC Gamers aren't as fussed about covers as console gamers are and don't get in a tizzy about the boxart being ruined.

I'd have thought that FFXIII-2 was slashed after release because it, and it's predecessor, were both really bad games...
That's right. I went there.

Cheers! ordered 8)
Only one proper DLC release so far (the others were just extra weapons, etc that people got with buying the limited edition).
I doubt they're going to release a GOTY edition or similar, as they only tend to do that if there's a good amount of DLC for it :(
But the original Deus Ex is still the best game ever.
