Great deal, ordered.

EDIT: The 'available' number is now in minus digits - looks like some people will be disappointed :(

nope but then again would not expect it this quickly anyway, as for moving out you might have all you mail redirected by the RM saves you a lot of hassle for only a few pounds.

None left when the £20 deal was available so I got it for £30.
Got mine today the quality of the block is pretty poor it looks like it has been made by GCSE students in a woodwork class! Not the quality for something with RRP £100.
It has little chips, it hasn't been sanded down as you can see the filler they've put in cracks.

Anyone else's like this?!

Chipped

Not straight

Nail marks

Random gap

Filler just left there, obviously hasn't been sanded down

Yep same as mine rupertc! the block is so poorly made its unreal. doesn't look new and as if they really don't care about the quality of the product. No way this is a £100RRP set! Let me know what happens with any emails you send them, i have sent there customer services an email about mine and still waiting. Sorry guys but 2 deliveries and 2 poor blocks isn't good news for you but i hope yours are ok.

Should be getting mine tomorrow and i will post good or bad.
#29
Received mine yesterday , for £18 after Quidco it is acceptable , just , if I'd paid £30 for it I'd be sending it back .

Wasn't anywhere near as bad as the examples shown , basic 3rd world standard of chuck it together assembly .
#30
still waiting for mine
#31
Finally got mine today, and yes the wood block it self was ok not as bad as some as the others shown here but the tools were fine for £20 it was very good value but looks like it is a case of lucky dip of how good or bad you get.
#32
can i just say i got mines last night and was VERY happy what a deal this was

Slightly off topic, but still related to Viner's. I ordered 2 dinner services and 2 serving plates - using the 50% code. The 2 serving plates arrived broken. These plates had been put into the cardboard boxes with no protection so arrived in smithereens. The 2 dinner services are absolutely awful, granted they only cost £20 each but supposedly with an RRP of £100, I don't think so, surface scratches on the plates, rough finish on the bottom, which will surely scratch a table if no place mat is used.

I am very disappointed and have emailed customer services as I want the whole lot uplifted and a refund issued.

Be interested to know how everyone else got on with their "bargain" items.......

I rang the number on the invoice yesterday as emailing did absolutely nothing. Spoke to a woman who was really nice, she had the sexiest voice ever!!!!!!!!!!!! trust me! Ring and ask for Joan Kyriakides :P Anyhow, she arranged a collection and exchange for tomorrow, hopefully the courier who is collecting the damaged item will deliver the new one at the same time and i will let you know how this one is.
#35
Thanks for the update Steev08. I'll check my emails tonight when I get home and if nothing, will speak to Customer Services. To be honest I think I would rather have a refund, so hopefully they will arrange for all this to be uplifted and I'll look elsewhere.

Good luck, hope you get it all sorted out.
