I've been using devolo adapters for years - and their performance has been first class. Their service is also first class with a three year warranty, and when I had a problem recently with one that was just over three years old, they sent me a replacement of much better quality in days.

These adapters are 1200 and have gigabit ports - purchased two sets to upgrade those I'm using now.

cant totally disagree - however I've experienced Netgear's customer service and it's not a touch on Devolo's - just feel Devolo's are the best quality powerline adapters available on the market, with first class service to match when they go wrong - hence why I'd pick these every time - I've also read reviews in the past that show Devolo out perform the competion.

Therefore in sheer terms of value I agree, but overall quality, performance and service is a question for individuals to choose if that's what really counts and matters for them.

Worth mentioning that these are pass through (which I think is worth the premium).

They're single port, but if you're using them for a bunch of media devices, this and an Ethernet switch is a neater solution (only one wire from the plug socket, and the switch a d multiple cables) hidden away.

Many thanks and agree - it's just how I use them

Reviews of the 1200 adapters? I've seen some that say some of their 1200 models don't perform as well as their older sub 1gbps adapters.

Tempted but sadly it's out of stock. I hear great things about TP-link though....

Just spotted these same ones are £20 less at Amazon
