Google the model number DC740KA and you'll get this from reputable tool specialists for just over £60 - the price quoted as rrp (£223) on the link you submitted is designed to make the deal look attractive..but nobody really sells it for that.

I'd rather this one on screwfix with 2 batteries included: http://www.screwfix.com/prods/28105/Power-Tools/Cordless-Drills/DeWalt-DC728KA-14-4V-Cordless-Drill-Driver. £89.98 is a bit more but the extra battery makes it worth it.

If anyone in the world has paid £223.23 for this drill,They need there head examined. Its 12v so a diy tool,You can buy a really good battery drill from Aldi for £30 when they have them.I've had 2 of Aldis for 7 years still going strong,

This Amazon deal comes with 2 batteries, a screwdriver bit set, and while 12v sounds low, it has good torque and RPM. There is a 2 quid cheaper version of the same on Amazon, but it doesn't come with the bit set.

For the class it's in - this is a ruddy good drill. And it's reasonably hot at this price.
