Next best is £2.99 at HMV.

The best is back in action in the latest installment of the pulse-pounding, thrill-a-minute Die Hard action films. New York City detective John McClane (Bruce Willis) delivers old-school justice to a new breed of terrorists when a massive computer attack on the U.S. infrastructure threatens to shut down the entire country over Independence Day weekend.

Locked and loaded with real stunts, genuine humour and nonstop excitement, Die Hard 4.0 is the most explosive action movie of the year. Yippee-ki-yay!

I didn't think I was going to like this movie, usually when a movie has went on for the 4th movie its rubbish but was quite surprised. In all a good movie!

Doesn't he manage to bring down a USAF fighter jet with an articulated lorry at some point in the film.... I have some imagination but this was a bridge too far even for me... good price but quite bad film.

Based on a true story.

This is the watered down version with all the good bits taken out off it, pay a bit more and get the harder cut.

Definitely the worst Die Hard movie. Not sure why Willis even put himself forward for this.

@DarkKnight

See Kevin Smith's Threevening - Willis been treated somewhat like a sacred cow of Die Hard franchise. He had a lot to do with the script and so on. And that tells much about Willis as well.

Btw, good price, rubbish movie.

I really enjoyed this film, and the part when Bruce Willis drives a car up a ramp and hits the helicopter was a highlight. I already have the 1 disc dvd but I found the 2 disc steelbook dvd at Cash Converters today for £2.99....so I am looking forward to seeing the added bits. Heat added

I don't class this as a Die Hard film; it's terrible and more about the little teenage hacker kid than it is McClane.

Just bear in mind that this is the milder PG-13 cut which was passed for the MPAA and BBFC.
The uncut version is sold under the title ' Ultimate Action Edition'.
Not a huge amount has been cut - but impacts, sounds and some shots have been reframed and substituted to get a lower rating.
Currently not available uncut on Blu Ray in the UK.

Awesome price. Awesome film.

ZOMG This movie is freaking awesome. Not sure at what point in time John McClane developed his mutant powers and become virtually indestructable but it was mundo cool and that hot skinny asian chick was the baddest super villain ever. How cool was it when big John pummelled her though a wall at high speed with a pickup truck and she was like "Is that the best you've got? **** you beeatch!" It wasn't alluded to but i suspect she was actually the latest model of Terminator. No match for brucie baby though.

I liked this movie but it did have flaws.

It could have done with not being PG-13 as you can tell where swearing has been removed. Also Timothy Olyphant is not imposing enough to be the villain.
