Review : Yippe Kay-aee! It's walking destruction magnet/hero John McClaine, a cop frequently caught "in the wrong place, at the wrong time." Which is good for us because his terrorist busting antics make high quality smash and bang cinema.

Die Hard - The original and still the best of the white vested hero's three films "Die Hard" kick-started the explosive trilogy with a bang. Several bangs to be exact (and quite a lot of gunfire, shattering glass and dead Germans). For those not aware it's one man (Bruce Willis) trapped in a building and forced to take on a bunch of terrorists (led by the marvellously evil Alan Rickman as "Hans Gruber"), who have hijacked the Nakatomi skyscraper building and are attempting to make off with a hell of a lot of money. It's up to our barefooted (don't ask) vigilante to turn the tables on those evil foreigners. "Die Hard" invented the genre of one man against the world and it's hasn't been bettered yet. Yippee-Kay-aai !

Die Hard 2: Die Harder - A group of commandos seize an international airport, where Detective John McClane awaits the arrival of his wife - time to kick ass again.

Die Hard With A Vengeance - John Mclaine is about to have a very bad day (again). Samuel L Jackson as a reluctant sidekick nicks all the best lines in this explosive finalé.
