diesel redex treatment at asda 3.00quid

found the half litre bottle (4 treatments) in my local scunthorpe asda for 3 quid.
sold out at the mootoring but a shelf full at the dads day section.
cheapest iv seen is £4.60 for the smaller 250ml bottle. so £3 for the half litre is even better.

Not bad deal. But the million dollar question. Does it work?
#2
i dont know. maybe just a placebo, but my cars in for mot soon

I use it every so often to help clean the injectors. Car has done 176k miles and still does 65mpg if I sit at 65mph.

This stuff works for sure. Helped few times to clean petrol injectors, does the same for diesel too.
Shame none in Asda near me..

Asda were selling these at £2 earlier this year and picked up several bottles, might get more to see me through a couple of years of more.

Edit: Ouch just read the size was 500ml. I was referring to the 250ml, heat added.

Nothing said about not to use if DPF fitted. Safe, you can use it.

This new stuff is a complete rip off. A couple of years ago 1/2 l would have done 10 treatments (1ml/l) for the same price. They have diluted it, it is much thinner than it used to be.

I prefer Greased Lightning fuel and oil additives.
Dearer but my Sierra diesel did over 300,000 miles on it.
All I ever did was set the tappets twice and I only did that cos I was bored.

The only one and the best are BG44K and BG244! All others are made from the same stuff by the same factory, just have different names for marketing purposes.

Ok.
So...the only reason my Sierra did over 300,000 miles without any need for repair and constantly returned 46 mpg and sometimes more, must have been my fairy godmother!
Or was it the deal I did with the devil at the cost of my soul?
