Just ordered one of these for my other half's parents Christmas present. Doesn't look like the most attractive digibox in the world, but seems decent for the price!

"Grade A Stock" - usually means the box has been resealed and whatnot. Select 'Within 5 Days' at the checkout for free delivery.

Ebuyer offer a proper warranty on everything they ship; they pay the cost of collection.

Has been up previously from a different merchant at a slightly higher price.

Reviews (on ebuyer):
Although not the best looking bit of kit - it's features are great....

It's easy to use - great picture quality - set up in minutes.

Really like 'series link' - and the huge disk space allows you to record everything ' just in case '.

And the remote can be set to control the tv also - so one less remote!
Only had this for a week but so far seems excellent value for money, has all the functions of Sky+ but with Freeview channels instead, first one I've seen with series link in this price range

7.5/10 - not bad considering most of these will have paid close to double.
This had been relatively static at 45ish in stock until I posted this up, now there's only 2 left, go quick!
Out of stock now .... That was quick.

Are the Thomson PVRs usable yet? The last couple I had were so buggy they were useless.
Thanks for the heat everyone, I'm glad everybody appreciated the deal. I hope these dont turn out to be a bunch of lemons (if that's the case I'm sure ebuyer wont skank us though).

There was 41 in stock when I posted, and I posted 5ish days ago. Always check the 'new' tab for the real bargains!!

What a daft thing to say - a lot of people aren't bothered about HD, and people who are generally are going for Sky or Virgin since Freeview is only going to carry 5 HD channels (for the next few days). HD Boxes are about 3 times the price of this too...
FYI everyone - there is a single unit in stock. Go quick and don't be disappointed if it turns out to be a phantom!
Might be mine - I cancelled order after reading some of the reviews in the links posted above!

About the noise? That is a factor worth considering, but they'll have it in a cabinet in a room where the telly's on whenever they're in so fine for their purposes.

I must say, I used to have a Scientific Atlanta V+ box, which is renowned for being extremely loud, and also an original Xbox and the whirring noise never bothered me - but then for years I've slept in a room with a computer on overnight so I appreciate I might be an exceptional case.
the box is ok but there are better boxes avilable. sometimes the box is slow and also recording is a lil hard
