Nice to see divx being catered for. A lot of these divx tellies have to be hacked to play them.

eBuyer's decent for prices, AND fair with returns, but their dispatch....Jesus.
I ordered something, on MONDAY at 9, with their "delivery in 5 days" which should be here Friday, right ? Thats five days.
Not to eBuyer dispatch it isn't. They left the thing on the shelves until Friday afternoon, knowing full well that it would be Monday if I was lucky before I got it. Annoyed, because A/ I needed the item today or tomorrow at the latest, and B/5 days delivery isn't 5 days before they could bother their ars*s.
I'm amazed I see so many "eBuyer delievered quicker than i was expecting." Ive never had anything delivered faster than i expected. Later, plenty. Wonder if it's STAFF writing those reviews. Can't be dispatch. Too much like hard work.....

i'd suggest you were very very unlucky. I normally get things within 2-3 days if it says delivery in 5 days and no, i don't work for ebuyer!

My last purchase from Ebuyer was made at 7.45pm and delivered the next morning at 7.30am. Less than12 hours for free delivery! Personal experience has been excellent apart from if you decide to phone rather than use email to communicate. Sadly that is where the low prices impact customer service!

Monday to Friday is 4 days. If you'd paid for express delivery and it had taken longer then you'd have a genuine complaint.

Working days??

Why is it that the 22 inchers have kept their price up, where as now you can get 42 inch plasmas for £350 and 32 full HDs for £200-£250. I have the LG 1080P 22 incher from richer sounds that was £180 and Its still about that price 8 months on. Very strange.

I've only ever ordered ONE thing from Ebuyer - the very PC that I'm typing on now. I ordered it at 1:00 on a Monday morning (don't ask) and was shocked when they hadn't even packed the order until the Friday afternoon. Once it was shipped then it arrived on the Monday I think. As someone who uses Amazon a LOT, I wasn't exactly thrilled with Ebuyer's dispatch time but assumed it was a one-off. Sounds like it may be fairly normal.

Order Monday with "5 day" delivery and you won't get it until the following Monday.

Order Mon,
day 1 = tues
day 2 = wed
day 3 = thurs
day 4 = fri
sat /sun = weekend deliveries only
mon = day 5

So I don't see what the beef with eBuyer is. You ordered with 5 day delivery and got 5 day delivery!

It's not as if I'm in court accusing them of violating their 5-Day promise. Just passing-on my experience. If I choose the free delivery option on Amazon then it nearly always ARRIVES within 2-3 days whereas Ebuyer's equivalent meant it wasn't even processed until 5 working days were over - and they had them in stock for the whole 5 days. So long as everyone knows and can allow for the extra time from Ebuyer. If the price is slightly higher on Amazon theI'll use them in future.
