Nice find, I've just ordered 2 for my kids rooms, I bought a couple of DGM monitors a while back and am very pleased with the VFM.:D

what's the warranty on this?

Nice find, i would get one if i was after a bedroom tv, the only prob i see is the usb port is tucked away on the back with the other plugs, not easy to get to if you wall mount it, you could put a small usb extension on it i supose.

I've got one of these. Brilliant value for money. Recommended.

There is a 22" at Tescos currently reduced to £150 - I wonder how these compare?

I got a similar model, with built in DVD player from Tesco's. I would be wary of the claim that it plays any divx file you throw at it. My tv won't play AC3 sound format and as a lot of divx files are encoded with AC3 it means I have to re-encode the file before I can play it. It might be worth checking that out if you intend on playing a lot of divx files.

Yes, it has a VGA port. However, If you have a DVI port from your PC you will need an adapter "DVI to VGA"

Just bought one! Cheers!

DVI to VGA will only be possible if the DVI socket is a DVI-I socket that carries the VGA signals. If the socket is not DVI-I then the next best option is to use DVI to HDMI although some TVs (especially cheaper models) will overscan the picture (this is a throwback to the days of CRT where an analogue picture cannot be centralised and the picture had to be blown up or overscanned).

I have this tv, it's not perfect (dvd's + files play at 480p not 1080p, file system sucks) but it does everything I wanted so I'm happy with it.

Never had any problem playing any divx/xvid avi file (ac3 works fine).

I was going to say the 1000:1 contrast is a bit low, but for this price what do you expect.

Well a DVD won't play at 1080p, the best you can expect is for it to be upscaled to 1080i. I also assume you mean they play at 480p through the USB port, which is more than most TVs (my 2yr old £400 tv can only handle pictures and MP3s through the USB port).

I bought this TV when it was at this price last time (posted it on HDUK). The pro's and con's are listed below.

Pro's
- The clarity on freeview (SD) is really good, comparing it with my 32" sammy LE32C450 this wins handsdown.
- Plays divx, mp3 via DVD, USB and Card reader
- Full HD pannel, although I have not had a chance to exercise this feature.

Cons
- All the connection are on the rear at the bottom end of the frame. If the TV is wall mounted then there is a issues in accessing the USB/card reader port.
- The channel information, epg is quite tiny and I could not find any way to increase the font size. Fortunately I have a good sight :) so dont have any real problem but dont buy it for your granny ;)
- Contrary to their claim that it plays any video format, I can confirm that it does not play MKV files.

Yes I will still give it full marks and will highly recommend this TV.

Nope. I wish it could but no it doesn't :(

The remote has a record button but it does nothing, there might be a hack to make it work or a firmware that can sort this out?

I bought this TV two weeks ago and am having trouble with the DVD player. Visual quality is fine and disks play OK. My problem is it seems to play them at about 1.5x speed. The audio is squeaky and voices come across more like the chipmunks than they usually should. Its damn annoying! The pictures are in sync with the audio but the whole thing is noticeably too fast. Any ideas?

The sd card reader allows me to display a decent slideshow but it seems to time out or does not loop but after a while shows a camera icon, Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
